Admittedly I don't say the word often and I'm looking around thinking other people don't too. It's not not, it's just gotten rehooked into language--at least the language that I'm around.
1. I get going in my head feminism as difference, the one-to-many mapping, someone w/ all these attachments, who collects names, signs and holes all over the body. I'm thinking of Haraway's white little mouse as a collection of Capital & Intelligence. Thank you feminism, Assembler.
2. I'm thinking of my relation to machines, to Steve Erwin's daughter, to the heart and soul of the American People. Our organic & fully functional all-natural apples oranges pears peachs kiwis kumquats. Kumquats? And names that are not yet on our lips. My genetic generation of all-year strawberries, pharms, estogen & XX men. My nature show, thank you very much feminism.
3. When TC became he one summer and we had to talk very quietly in the bathroom about it. On the surface saying it is personal it is private as with everyone watching which bathroom. Is it feminism, feminism? That I'm thanking? That I'm slipping on to enter, that has to do with veils and mosquito netting, to do with fucking the shit out of someone, a hostage language, my spit and stutter?
