Review: Hopscotch by Julio Cortázar

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Oh boy. Hopscotch is one of those strange inventions from bohemian Paris, chock full of ironic philosophical meanderings, self-reflexivity, and nomadic desire. Alex said ‘hypertexual’ and I’m thinking wait a minute now. I’m thinking of the moment you enter the room full of dust and death. The moment balanced on itself in the darkness and no way, Al. No terms or conditions. No interlinking and webbing.
