Dear Charles Olson,

I’m listening to PennSound and you’ve got this thing in your voice and your stature reminds me of Tenney Nathanson, tho Tenney doesn’t talk like you because he is more mouse than you are, you are dramatic and you are shaking inside of your voice where the things are, where the force of being afraid and the force of being made to speak seem like a system. O Charles. O Olson. O the third volume and its epistles and the geography of ruminating beside the shrubbery and soapberries smelling before even you were there with your dating and naming of the puzzling . O New England. O boy.
